Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders will be processed once received, and shipped within 2 business days after processing. Weekend purchases will be processed that upcoming Monday. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number for your purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. If you do not receive an initial order confirmation email or tracking email, please let us know by emailing info@stoonic.com

Returns

NO REFUNDS. Only EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT within 7 days after delivery. All items must be returned as received (undamaged, unused, unwashed, and unworn) with tags still attached or we will not be able to accept them for exchange or store credit. To exchange or receive store credit, please contact us at info@stoonic.com to settle your order. All customers are responsible for return shipping.

All sale items are FINAL and are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange or store credit.

Track Order

Please check your email for an email from us with your tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number, shoot us an email at info@stoonic.com. Be sure to include your order number when reaching out to resolve shipping issues.
